How often should I am treatment ? I would recommend one reflexology treatment a week, but it depends on what condition if any you have, or is it purely for relaxing. Usually people come for reflexology because they have a certain condition/ailment that they wish to ease with complementary therapy, I would see them once a week till they feel these ease, and would see them once a month for a little M.O.T................all depending on the clients needs .

Some aftercare tips ....Drink lots of water. This will hydrate the body, improve energy levels and flush out toxins. Avoid strenuous exercise and rest for at least two hours after the treatment.

Avoid stimulants such as alcohol, tea and coffee and caffeine . These can diminish the effectiveness of the …
